The SIRÁLY (Hungarian for seagull) was the mainstay on the Fiume - Abbazia run, Abbazia being the number one seaside resort of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The ship's course of life spans 62 years, and she was owned by all the well-known names before, between and after WW I/WW II. In which she wasn't at all unique.
Built 1900 at Marco U. Martinolich, Lussinpiccolo. AT-H. 34.08 x 5.62 x 2.37 m. 125 grt. Steam engine, 450 hp, 11 kn. 1900 SIRÁLY (Soc. in Azione Ungaro-Croata di Nav. Mar. a Vapore, Fiume, AT-H). 1919 sold, same name (G. Calafati, Trieste, Italy). 1922 KRALJEVICA (Jadranska Plovidba, Sušak, YU). 1928 CAVTAT (Dubrovačka Parobrodska Plovidba, Dubrovnik, YU). 1941 seized by Italy. 1943 sunk at Dubrovnik-Gruž. 1946 raised. 1947 to Jadranska Linijska Plovidba (Jadrolinija), Rijeka, YU, CAVTAT. 1962 broken up.
