Another excellent picture from Hamburg Harbour. Thank you.

Regarding the propellers mentioned in previous comments:
The "propellers" on the container bridges are cable reels
for the electric power cable. The cable reels are keeping
the power cable tight when the container bridge is moving
sideways along the pier from one to another position.
(Just to mention it.)

das gefällt. Schöner Kontrast. Weiß du eigentlich wofür diese Propeller an den Brücken sind? Habe ich mich schon desöfteren gefragt.

Danke sehr! Ich weiß leider auch nicht, wofür diese Propeller sind... Vielleicht für Frischluft, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht? Ganz in der Nähe sind doch die silbernen Eier, diese Kläranlage :-D
Und schönes Wetter hat doch zur Zeit ganz Deutschland! 8-)
