Description:

Frontview of the Clipper Melody, seen on her way out to sea, yesterday 14/6 2008.
The Grenland bridge in the background, a pretty cool bridge.
But this is Clipper Melody, a very nice bulker.

And this is still a fantastic perspective, one of my favourites when you're out spotting!
It doen't quite matter which vessel comes along, they all look great seen that way...

And thats why i keep shooting them like this, because someone like them!

From what I can see on your photos I can understand why so many Germans rave about Scandinavia in general and Norway in particular.
So keep them coming :-D

So what are you up to? A pleasure cruise on a tug? :-)

I've no idea about the work on a tug, but I guess it's hard work.
But you've got a seat in the front row for spotting (if it's at all possible during working hours!)
But above all you like it, that's the most important. I can't imagine doing a job I don't like.

I have worked in good jobs many a times. But this job beats everything!
14 days on, 14 off. And shipspotting every day onboard. what more can you ask for?

Sounds great, more like 28 days of shipspotting and two days off!
