MORMACWAVE For sure nothing common with WASHINGTON LR/IMO 5386540! This is LR/IMO 5211496 C3-S-A1 type ship built in 1943 as SEA PIKE by Western Pipe & Steel Co. San Francisco Yard No.79. Renamed MORMACWAVE in 1945 and LONE STAR STATE in 1955. Scrapped Kaohsiung 1970.

No IMO number.

I'm afraid there are some errors in the information: this ship was visibly built in the 40's, not in 1962 ! I think she ended her career as SANTA LEONOR, sunk somewhere in Magellan Strait. Can anybody confirm ?
