Description:
Flight deck and temporary aircraft shelter (TAS) RFA Largs Bay. The TAS is basically a tent on an aluminium frame bolted to the deck. It has been successfully used with the Lynx helicopter she carries. Why these ships were not built with a proper hangar from the start remains a mystery.
