Now these days she berthed in the port of den oever in the netherlands. but I am not sure if it is the Antares or Sirrius

She served as a pilot boat for ±30 years (±1950-1980)on the North Sea, my father served on 2 sistervessels of her's (the Antares and the Sirius, the last is owned by greenpeace nowadays)

Yes ,this is for sure an old dutch pilotboat.
