Can anyone explain to me the apparatus on the bow and what that is just to the left of it protruding over the side of the bow?Either e-mail me or personal message me.

The apparatus on the bow is the "bow loading equipment" this is where the vessel hooks to an FPSO for loading crude oil, the crude flows through here. The bit protruding to the left is the VOC (volatile organic compounds) hose, this is run off and hooks up to the FPSO, as the FPSO pumps oil to the ship the ship sends the inert gas that was in her tanks back to the FPSO where it is either used in her tanks or burnt at the flare. Hope this is of use.
