Hi Allan:Well she only arrived back here this past week,having been taken away in the Spring by the owners,and then the lawyers getting rich argueing over deficiencies (typical). These must have been settled , and she's now back to complete remaining work. Too bad,but apparently not very well done specs and details in the first instance,so I'm sure Irving won the arguements,or work would be done elsewhere. My slant on it anywaay. Cheers,Ken.
