Hello Paul, I never noticed this post until today. I relieved your dad a couple of times and I was in Wisbech, further down the quay, when Dave had you two brothers riding mini motorbikes around on the backside one weekend. An unsporting policewoman put a stop to it, but nothing came of it because Dave didn't speak English and she couldn't understand him. Good old Dave, sorry to learn of his passing. If I remember rightly, the mate was Bob Brown, another good man.
