ANTIGONI was photographed sailing from Avonmouth by an unknown photographer in the 1970's - probably in 1976 as the ship in drydock appears to be DESEADO which was renamed that year

ANTIGONI was built by Eriksbergs at Gothenburg in 1944 as INNAREN for Rederi A/B Transatlantic

She was sold in 1969 to S.Stravelakis (of Piraeus) at Middlesbrough, where she had arrived on 24th October from Durban and traded worldwide until arriving at Hong Kong in October 1979 to be broken up.
