Description:

Built by Peter Scheepsbouw in 1979 , ex-Harma (2000) and of 964grt and was operated by Taylor & Taylor. She is seen here at rest alongside at Troon Harbour , known as a timber boat.

The TimberLink service , operated by Associated British Ports (ABP) , moves around 100,000 tonnes of timber a year from smaller ports such as Campbeltown , Sandbank , Portavadie & Ardrishaig to Troon on the Ayrshire Coast , which goes on for further processing at plants in Egger in Auchinleck , Caledonian Paper and Mairs Sawmill both in Irvine.
