The 806' JOHN SHERWIN,is shown tied up next to the 631'HARRY COLUBY in Superior,Wi,June ,1986,while in long term lay-up.The two last ran in 1981,and the SHERWIN Was towed to Bay Shipbuilding Co,in 2008,for repowering,and conversion to a self-unloader,but the work was halted latein 2008,after the engines and boilers were remooved,then the hull was towed to Detour,Mi where it remaines. The COLUBY was sold to Kinsman Transit Co,in 1998,and was renamed KINSMAN ENTERPRISE,and opperated through 1995,then layed-up at Buffalo,NY,till sold for scrap in 2002,and towed to Port Colborne,Ont and scrapped
