Here we can see m/s "Hajnówka" in her primary appearance and purpose.

River Shipyard "Wisła" from Gdańsk built three small timber/bulk carriers for Polish Steamship Co.
They were first sea-going ships from this shipyard, highly automated for their time, with partially double-function crew.
Later they lost their 3 ton derricks and in year 1976 they were transferred to Polish Baltic Shipping.

I guess, that none of their designers and builders ever imagined, that some day, these ships - designed and authorized for restricted area of navigation (Baltic and North Sea) - will reach other sides of the world - like Nigeria or even Cook Islands :)
