For Elbe see this website.

I believe Elbe is restored and will sail with passengers
when that is completed, much like the tug Holland which also is in authentic state yet modified to take guests and sponsors on trips.

Only Seawolf/ex-Clyde I think. The Elbe still looks like a "working vessel"....or perhaps en-route to conversion?
