was chartered for two years by Polish Ocean Lines, for West Africa service, from Hamburg and Amsterdam to Lagos.
In February 1982, while underway in area of Dover, "Turquoise Bounty" suffered from explosion in main engine case.
The ship was towed to port for repair.
Since both ships had PLO colours, and there are also some PLO containers visible, I think that it might be this event.
