Lodge is permanently built on the barge, which is annually moved back and forth between lodge operation on Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) in summer and the BC Lower Mainland for winter storage.

I see a clear ship's hull under the house so that means this one doesn't need any rails under the water to go by & be "afloat".
