Please, somebody post us pictures from the yard in Landskrona, Sweden, where her conversion work is done, converting her from Atlantida to Spitsbergen.

She is going to be introduced in Hurtigrutens Coastal Express service in May 2016. She is going to double in the M/S Vesteraalens route but she is to be reserved for round trip passengers travelling the full length only, Bergen - Kirkenes - Bergen, spring and high season until she takes the route for M/S Midnatsol when she is wintering in Antarctica, season 2016/17.

She has been sold to Hurtigruten (Norwegian coastal Express Service), temporarily named "Norway Explorer," has sailed to and is now(July 2015) at yard in Landskrona, Sweden, for refit and repainting. Her length; 97,53 meter, beam 18 meters. Speed 17,4 knots. First she will sail the Norwegian coastal route, when mv "Midnatsol" during the Antarctic Summer 2016/2017 will sail (make expeditions) in the Antarctic, together with mv "Fram" from the same company. But later on, it might be possible that also mv "Norway Explorer(or the new name) also will sail in Explorers cruises in Antarctic, as well as in the Arctic waters.
