Condition

Vessel is confirmed sunk, the wreckage is identified as beeing EL FARO: http://www.ntsb.gov/investigations/Pages/2015_elfaro_jax.aspx

EL FARO found aground by US navy, german magazine SPIEGEL reporting. Found by tug "APACHE" in a depth of 4.500 m by sonar near the Bermudas.

It appears that this ship has sunk, the Coast Guard has stopped looking for it after finding a debris field near the last reported position. Search continues for survivors. Apparently the ship lost power in a Category 4 hurricane and floundered in high seas and winds.
