It's the bow section that's part of the original design, while additional deck was installed in the middle part of her hull. She is one of 100 vessels built from the seventies onwards in Khabarovsk. Bunch of them are already broken up/lost, and many have had significant modifications of their hulls - just like this little one...

Bow section doesn't seems part of the original design. I sure wouldn't want to sail the wintertime North Pacific in her!
