VISTEN (3.243 grt, 1977) owned by Ahlmarco BV at Antigua & Barbuda, arrived in tow at Härnösand in Sweden (Botnic Gulf) 22 June 1988 after suffering an engine explosion during a voyage from Montrose, she is reported to be severely damaged. (Source: Marine News vol. XLII-9 in 1988).
She was subsequently towed to Hoylandsbygdi where she arrived for repairs 7 September 1988. She has now been sold to Seasilk Navigation Co Ltd, Cyprus as SUN NORTH. She is expected to return to service in March 1989 (Source: Marine News vol. XLIII-2 in 1989).
