JANE ANN IV, under tow of tug MANITOU, bound for Calcite, MI, for unknown reasons, the tug has been layed up at Toledo, OH, and other locations for several years, she was the motive power of the barge SARAH SPENCER, and recently had her hydrollic ram removed as can be seen by the repair job done to her bows, Taken Aug 10, 2018.
