Crane was already on by October 2016 (could be hiden in Gerolf's photo)

Many thanks comment. After comparing the two photos, in general appearance, it looks to be one and same vessel. Some noticeable modifications were made since Gerolf's photo taken almost 4 years ago. (i.e.: Fo'c'sle/railing along main deck and aft end/port holes/hose crane?)……
Based on Kyle's comment and link I've added IMO for more accurate identification.

She's definitely a WWII-era former US Navy yard tanker. Possibly the former ORION XX?
