Hi Krispen. Due to your info and data, searching the net,...the oil products tanker ‘Mayan Princess’ was seized by the Venezuelan Navy late Oct. 2019 for suspected fuel smuggling (793 Tons) The Venez. Coast Guard intercepts the Honduras flag vessel Mayan Princess 11 miles North of Blanquilla Island.
So, now it will be incorporated into the Venezuelan Navy...
Thanks Krispen for the identification and data.
Mistery solved.

Almost certainly the former MAYAN PRINCESS, IMO 8410768.
She was last reported on AIS last October, very close to this position in the port.

Krispen

Interesting shot...but the vessel at the front of the photo need to be identified ( out of curiosity...may be cuban...??) because its not the Ciudad Bolivar T-81. Looks like a old small tanker recently painted with navy gray ( still with white funnel and parts pending to cover with gray paint). Of course the one at the background its the Ciudad Bolivar T-81, you are totally right. May be the one in the foreground its some how a trick to avoid the oil products embargo or may be a water tanker. By the way not venezuelan flag veesel, checking my records. Interesting mistery...Thanks for the shot Captain Peter, really interesting.
