It's a C D Mallory owned Swiftarrow class built by Northwest Bridge & Iron Co, Portland, Ore. There were 7 : Swiftarrow, Swifteagle, Swiftlight, Swiftscout, Swiftsure, Swiftstar and Swiftwind. Swiftwind was later renamed Malay. The deck ventilators were the unusual element to this design.
