Description:

Boris Vlasov's 1942 San Francisco built passenger liner FAIRSKY is seen passing Rozenburg outbound from Rotterdam on 29th May 1974 bound for Sydney via Southampton and Cape Town.

Laid down as the C3-S-A2 type STEEL ARTISAN, she was launched as BARNES but completed as H.M.S.ATTACKER

1952: CASTEL FORTE - 57 FAIRSKY (and converted into a passenger ship)- 59 FAIR SKY - 64 FAIRSKY

Later: 1978 PHILIPPINE TOURIST

She suffered a fire at Manila on 3.11.79 and arrived at Hong Kong on 27.5.80 for breaking.
