I'm sorry to make a correction here, because the funnel colors aren't Scindia, they're Shipping Corp. of India and so it must be the VISHVA SHANTI IMO No.: 5382386, which ran aground off Constantza in 1968. Later, the stern was salvaged and a new forepart was added in 1972 and new in service as the Romanian VRANCEA for the NAVROM. The port looks like Constantza. Cheers
