SMIT-LLOYD 119 in static towing during a tanker lifting at PALANCA terminal (ANGOLA) end 80's early 90's. The FSO in the back ground is the LICORNE PACIFIC. http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=3276227
Not sure about tanker loading between the FSO and the tugboat.
