Unfortunately the date of this photo appears to be unknown. Karlovo was named as such twice during her life, first after the acquisition in 1963 of the Norwegian Kongsbru, after which she was named Eritrea in 1964, only to revert to Karlovo in 1968. She was sold and renamed Verona in 1977. She grounded in the Eastern Mediterranean in April 1982, and was subsequently broken up at Elefsis in 1983. So most likely we are looking here at Karlovo during her second period.
