Nice scene captured, Malcolm. The tugs are 'short' probably for the river voyage, Steep Holm in the far?
Best wishes, Manfred

Thankyou Manfred. Yes, the tugs were local, owned by C.J.King. The scene is off Portishead with Denny Island in the background. The ship had probably been towed out of Avonmouth earlier on the tide and was waiting for the tide to rise before heading up river to Bristol's City docks. Best regards.Malcolm
