04 AUG 2022 - A historic and sad day to all the world ship enthusiasts ... the Brazilian Navy aircraft carrier SAO PAULO left Guanabara Bay to the breakers at Aliaga/Turkiey.
The SAO PAULO is the ex-FOCH (French Navy) built in 1963 and incorporated at Brazilian Navy in Feb/2001. She is in tow of the Netherlands ocean tug ALP CENTRE.

It's possibly to transit via Gibraltar Strait to Aliaga. The projections is of 45 days of travel.
