Description:

Shaw, Savill & Albion Line's 1965 Vickers, Tyneside, built LAURENTIC is seen passing Tilbury Fort inbound for London exactly 50 years ago, on 21st August 1972. She had sailed from Buenos Aires on 28th July 1972, her docking being delayed by the dock strike which had recently ended.

Later: 1980 SPARTAN REEFER

She finally arrived at Gadani Beach on 3rd February 1984 for breaking.
