Description:

TEXACO PENNSYLVANIA, photographed arriving at Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago today, on 4th October 1972, was built by Bethlehem Steel at Quincy in 1949 for The Texas Co (Panama) Inc. as PENNSYLVANIA, the name TEXACO being added to her name in 1960.

She finally arrived at Kaohsiung on 24 April 1985 for breaking


Renamed VASILAKIS in 1970, she was in 1974 sold to Navarino Shipping and Trading and renamed UNITY as which she arrived at Ulsan on 9th March 1979 to be broken up.
