Description:

Supply vessel Lady Alison beached at Hopton-on-Sea (between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft) after colliding with a platform off the Norfolk coast and sustaining below waterline damage. I know you like good news and I have some for you, she went on to have a long and varied career under several different names after this incident. I believe the date to be correct but I am not absolutely certain so if anyone can either confirm or correct this it would be appreciated.
