Elder Dempster's Polish built standard type seen laid up in the River Blackwater, Essex on 9th September 1984.
Renamed: 86-Antilles, 90-Saint Pierre, 98-Astra Sea under which name she is still in service.

Thanks Derek, it was quite a long walk from where I parked the motorbike along to Bradwell Power Station. Used to be worth the effort travelling down there once a month or so to see what was around at the time though. Hope you are enjoying your holiday.... "no ships, family holiday" my **** 8-)

I was a bit lazy John rode my motorbike along the sea wall!!. Honest truth, have just taken a couple of shots from the Brother in laws garden!
