Description:

One of Norways biggest commuterferries, caught yesterday 22/1 2007. A nice closeup! Having taken this ferry numerous times, i can assure she is as boring as every other commuterferry in the world.. but nice enough!

Very good photo :-D ! I have noticed, that they do open and close the bowdoors a short time, after they leave, or before they arrive. Perhaps not a problem because this is not an open-sea route, and I have noticed such several times in Greece too !!

Hi Cornelia! Well, i would have felt much safer if the doors was opend at standstill. But the cardecks are somehow a little arched, so.. Its hard to explain. But yes, i see your point.
Thanx for the comment!

Very welcome, I like to come back to your photos because they are taken in an area where I have nice holiday-memories from - ahem you know what :-D

Nice shot, but shouldn't doors be closed before sailing ?

And such rotten teeth! Well, you could think so. But in fact she is arriving, i suppose she is braking up?
The picture turned out nice enough. Tricky sun.
