The Edith Cawell was launched in 07/1898 as Wagner for Jenneson Taylor and Co (Sunderland).
02/1916 : the ship was sold to the Sefton Steam Ships Company (Liverpool) and was managed by Mrs Moss.
30/11/1924 : stranded near Moroni.
03/11/1925 : wreck broken in two parts.

She's steamer EDITH CAVELL, built 1898 by Bartram and Sons, 3475gt. Wrecked on november 30,1924 near Maroni in position 5.45N, 54W. Voyage from Marseilles to Cayenne and Fort de France, owner H.E.Moss Co. CTL.
