I wonder if this was the special drydocking she received immediately before proceeding to Spithead for the 77 Silver Jubilee review.

Ditto JJ's comments Mike.
A superb image of her in minimal ballasted condition -hence propeller not fully immersed. Without doubt, she was pictured with new hull paint & fresh from drydock at Rotterdam. Probably Verolme's, as I do not think there was another yard capable of taking her, then & there.
