"The Vigilant" (in the sense of a vigilant person) does indeed translate as آل اليقظة
The name of the ship is AL YAKADA (IMO 7920170). This is currently listed as EL YAM (البحر)(the sea), but clearly the name reverted to AL YAKADA by 2014 (or was never actually changed). All the photos on here show the same Arabic - compare particularly with http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=173165
