Downbound traffic backlog in Welland Canal
Vessels that have been delayed due to stranded FEDERAL KIVALINA in lock # 7 (downbound traffic): ALGOISLE, ALGOLAKE, ALGOWAY, ALGOWOOD, STEPHEN B. ROMAN, PINEGLEN, CANADIAN NAVIGATOR, FEDERAL WELLAND & barge McASPHALT 401 ( her tug JOHN SPENCE is assisting stranded vessel ).
McASPHALT 401 tied up behind ALGOLAKE at southeast wall of lock #7.
Did not photograph ALGOISLE, ALGOWAY, ALGOWOOD, STEPHEN B. ROMAN, PINEGLEN, CANADIAN NAVIGATOR, FEDERAL WELLAND. If the situation persists I will do it tomorrow.
