The IMO details are confused by the fact this vessel is no longer considered international, but she is definitely still (2013) in service. Built as FRANK CANDIES by Champion Shipyards (later purchased by Swiftships), she became HOKULELE of Hawaiian Tug & Barge in 1991. This photo shows her in the colors of Smith Maritime, which has now been absorbed into Kirby Marine and repainted accordingly.
