My first impression was also Amsterdam (Train/Crane track) but I don't recognise the derricks to the left, certainly not Bergen.
The vessel was a regular visitor to Amsterdam in those years, I even think the cruise started here.

I think that building to the left you mean is an offshore crane/derrick lay barge of some kind at the NDSM yard behind the Java Eiland at A`dam.

Her final fate was not to be broken up. She was certainly sold to be scrapped but whilst under tow to Taiwan she sank in the Indian Ocean on 6th June 1980.
