The location of the ship is not the Verolme Yard in the Botlek, but in the New Waterway at the site of the RDM yard, very close to the Gusto premises.

Oh, I overlooked that, the yard no. CO 950 is POLLY BRISTOL.

After reading the .pdf I had included in my previous comment I think that your unknown is the last ship built by Gusto which soon went into administration. The vessel was continued for own account, note the Dutch colours on the funnels.
She was towed to Boele Bolnes Verolme yard for fitting out.
