The 1963 Lithgows, Port Glasgow, built ADVOCATE, owned by Hain-Nourse and on time charter to Harrison Line, is seen arriving at Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago today, on 16th December 1972, during a voyage from Port Sudan to Liverpool.
