I agree with asnyk. It's an early NEPTUN-421 with a cruiser-stern. Two vessels of this early type were delivered to the westgerman Hans Krüger GmbH, Hamburg in 1976. HANS KRÜGER and ANNEMARIE KRÜGER. I scanned your pic again and it seems to be HANS KRÜGER, which became TEAKBANK in 1979.
