No, US flag vessels DEFINITELY get slammed by the authorities... stop with the fantasies of American vessels being renegades on the high seas.

:-) Like your comment on the USCG. Anyone who has experienced the USCG in action onboard knows that the rules don't apply for US flag ships. Maybe it's political reasons, but thats the way it is for some reason...
