Very hard to beleive that she is still in service, and under the US flag. How on earth do they make a dollar out of her.

I believe she is part of the US Navy reserve fleet.
Of course with such a ship nowadays you can no longer earn money.
I saw here near the Cape of Good Hope bound for Houston TX.
In all likelihood she came from the Iraq and is thus avoiding to being spotted in the Suez Canal (the deviation is about 2000 miles!)
