Sweep Scow # 4 at her permanent berth just south of lock # 7 at the Thorold Industrial docks in Thorold South. I have never seen her leave her berth in order to conduct any work. She is falling into disrepair. I put her in the workboats category - the closest to the "Scow self propelled Barge"
