Yes, I have seen the tugs at Hound Point but not yet got close enough to get a decent photo. With the Belgium HEMIKSEM presently in Tilbury Dock before going into service there are now five Targe tugs on the Thames.

Targe also have tugs on the Firth of Forth for the Hound Point Oil Transfer Jetty.
