When they both left here last week they were headed to Halifax to bunkers and then off the India via the Suez. The version I was told was that if they performed as expected on the way to Suez they would be put into service, otherwise it was off to the breakers. I had the Smallwood out and it was in good shape and worked really well...better than I was anticipating.

Yes, me too. Those real canadians look still very powerful. I would like to see them doing a passenger/cargo service in the north somewhere (st. John's - Iqaluit) but I think that will not happen anymore.
