The current name of the ferry is Twin Star built 1976, it was originally the private ferry that used to transport the Ford workers from Belvedere to Dagenham and ran from 1933-2003 then the Dartford tunnel appeared and put a stop to it, I am not sure if it had a name in those days but if it did then someone will know.
